Claire PLUMEL was appointed as a notary within 14 Pyramides Notaires in 2015.

For 15 years, she has been supporting local authorities, developers and land planners in the structuring and implementation of transactions, whether in the urban planning area or as regards complex property projects.

Her experience and technical legal skills enable her to offer her clients her expertise, advice and legal creativity in connection with diversified large-scale property transactions.

Her many years of practice of complex property law cases have given her a comprehensive view of the issues related to urban development (pre-emption, expropriation), a mastery of the various techniques for the legal organisation of properties, knowledge of the range of contracts appropriate to the various projects (sale, long-term leases, property development agreements, etc.), and the issues related to sales of land charges and building land in development sites.
